BASIC PRICING STRUCTURE

SUSPENSION SUITE - £100 PER HOUR
ALL OTHER ROOMS - £55 PER HOUR
ENTIRE FLOOR £150 PER HOUR
ENTIRE STUDIO EXCLUSIVE HIRE - £250 PER HOUR

OVERNIGHT EVENT HIRE/PRIVATE PARTIES
We are available to be hired for private events/parties/functions - we even had a request to host a wedding reception this year! We regularly host rope events and kinky parties. Whatever your event, we will be able to cater to your needs
12 HOURS EXCLUSIVE OVERNIGHT USAGE FOR PARTIES AND EVENTS - £1000
This is the basic rate. We are able to provide optional extras to suit your needs such as:

CLUB FACILITIES
Amenities include: shower facilities, a bar with food, drinks including tea and coffee making facilities and WiFi. A hot tub area is also available to be hired independently or as part of your visit.
When you arrive, you will be taken on a brief tour, and given an opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the space or equipment.
All sets come equipped with basic consumables (condoms, lube and gloves) and contain some anal/impact play toys. You may request additional equipment/toys for an additional fee, such as:

We also have a large private wardrobe including boots/latex/leather that is available for hire. - Hire for Dommes/Subs/Couples etc
We are open 7 days a week/24hrs a day if needed for smaller private hire to conduct your sessions or just a naughty sleepover with a partner to take advantage of our extensive equipment.
Photography/Filming Location
We provide an ideal space for individuals or groups looking for a space for photoshoots or for filming content. We have hosted hundreds of such shoots for models and individuals to large production companies.
